Located in the former Maynard’s building, the Toffee Factory is a creative community in the heart of the Ouseburn, with 25 offices catering for between 4 and 25 people. The beautifully renovated building offers double height offices with exposed brickwork, low carbon construction, biomass heating, and stunning views over the Ouseburn surrounded by apple and fig trees and a rooftop terrace. The Toffee Factory houses a range of digital businesses, including advertising and marketing agencies, designers and creative consultants.
